Whether that is support for infant feeding, sensory processing and regulation, attachment/bonding or developmental milestones; we are dedicated to creating a foundation for lifelong well-being for both infants and parents.
meet the owner
I’m a board certified pediatric occupational therapist, certified infant massage instructor, and infant family specialist. Throughout my career I’ve worked in a variety of settings with an emphasis in pediatrics, including the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), mom baby unit, pediatric home health and early intervention. My passion is to help families and babies learn the skills and tools they need in order to lay the foundation towards a more joyous, quality-filled life. I believe that families and parents deserve support for caring for their babies from day one, and hope I can be another person in your corner. I look forward to working with you!

New Offering: Embrace Beginnings!
6-week interactive program designed for expecting mothers and their partners. This virtual program aims to provide foundational knowledge and practical skills in infants, ensuring parents feel confident and prepared for their baby's arrival. Participants will explore key topics such as infant development, feeding skills, and engaging play activities that promote healthy growth and attachment.
Currently, infant massage and tummy time groups are on hold. Inquire for individual sessions if interested.
